It looks like John Gunther (2-0) is going to be pretty busy over the next five or so weeks.

The Strong Style MMA fighter now has a second fight lined up, as he is set to face Luke Ransbottom (1-0) in a lightweight bout at RFO: Big Guns 18 on March 19 in Mansfield, Ohio.

Keeping true to his nickname “The Machine,” Gunther has also lined up a bout against Portland Pringle (7-4) at Warrior Nation Fight Series 35 on Feb. 20 in Marion, Ohio.

Gunther has started off his pro career with back-to-back wins after an impressive 11-2 amateur career. He made his pro debut last March with a unanimous decision over Xavier Nash at NAAFS: Caged Vengeance 16 and then stopped Chris Tucker via TKO in the first round at RFO: Big Guns 17 in October.

After a 5-0 amateur career, Ransbottom made a successful pro debut with a rear naked choke victory over Chris Brooks at IT Fight Series 36 last September.

Officials also announced that a rematch between Ohio fighters Mike Williams (2-4) and Mike Cardona (1-1) will also take place at the event. Cardona won the first meeting between the two lightweights with a submission due to strikes at Caged Madness 31 in 2014.

Big Guns 18 is set to be headlined by a heavyweight bout featuring Jeff Hughes (5-0) vs. John Hawk (11-6). Hughes is ranked No. 1 and Hawk is ranked No. 3 in the BluegrassMMA Rankings.
