Caged Thunder 5 marked the promotion’s first pro/am event, and it took place on Thanksgiving Eve in Kent, Ohio. Ring announcer Josh Sines was on hand for the event, and provided BluegrassMMA with results.

In the main event,  Jeff Pelton (6-2) picked up the second win of his career, as he submitted Jake Miller (3-1) with a rear naked choke in the second round.

The other pro bout was ruled a no-contest between Marquis Allen  (1-2) and Chad Kelly (2-3) after an accidental eye poke in the first round.

On the amateur side of the card, Braden Liggett (5-1), Chase Boyde (3-0) and Mo Miller (5-0) picked up notable wins. Check out the full results below.
