Schommer makes his pro debut after posting a 7-4 amateur record in a career dating to 2010. After racking up three wins in his first seven bouts, he returned to the cage in 2017 after a layoff of nearly six years. He turned a corner in his return, posting four straight wins, including a decision over Jimmy Sandlin at Hardrock MMA 101 in September to close out his amateur career. The Ohio native is ranked as the No. 2 amateur middleweight in Kentucky and No. 4 in Ohio by Tapology.
Jones comes in from Tennessee looking to build off of a decision win in his pro debut in 2017. He posted a 5-5 amateur record before making the jump to the pro ranks, as he topped Dwayne Herrelle in his first outing last year.
The event also features a pair of amateur title bouts, as Perry Stargel (5-2) will face Feraris Golden (4-2) for the welterweight crown, and Jake Leeson (3-0) takes on Ilyaz Mamadaliyev (4-3) for the lightweight title.
Stargel has won two in a row, including a knockout over Kameron Williams at Premier MMA Championship 9. Golden has won two in a row as well, with all four of his wins coming via knockout or TKO.
Leeson has posted all three of his wins under the Premier MMA banner, including a decision over Andrew Crabill at Premier MMA Championship 8 in his last outing in June.
Mamadaliyev has won two in a row and has been to decision in five of his seven fights. Most recently, he topped Cody Harris via decision at Premier MMA Championship 9.
