Jeff Hughes successfully defends heavyweight title at LFA 38

Jeff Hughes (9-1) became the first heavyweight champion to successfully defend the LFA title last night when he topped Maurice Greene (5-2) at LFA 38.

“Lights Out” dominated most of the five round title affair, earning scores of 50-45, 50-45, and 48-47 from the judges in Minnesota.

The Strong Style product continues to be one of the best heavyweight prospects in the sport and could be on his way to the UFC after another high profile win.
