Veteran Made Fight League

Veteran Made Fight League

It’s Labor Day weekend and football (at least the college kind) is back, but there’s still plenty of local MMA in the area to check out if that’s your plan for the weekend. Check out our weekend preview below

Veteran Made Fight League

A new promotion debuts in Vincennes, Indiana, as Veteran Made Fight League presents “Fight For The Troops.” The pro/am event will raise money for veteran suicide awareness, and Cody Griffin (8-3) will square off against Ronald Carter (16-16) in the main event for the heavyweight title.

Also in action will be Tru-Form Entertainment promoter Joshua Griggs (8-5), who will compete for the first time since 2010 when he takes on Jonathan Tarrh (14-15). The amateur welterweight title will also be up for grabs, as unbeaten fighters William Waterman (2-0) and George Reed (1-0) square off.
