USFFC purchased by Atlanta-based NFC
The South Carolina-based US Freedom Fighter Championship has been purchased by the Georgia-based National Fighting Championship promotion, and will begin to promote events under the banner in 2017.
USFFC held 29 events starting in 2011. Most of the events took place in South Carolina, although they also promoted events in North Carolina and Tennessee.
The last USFFC event was USFFC 29 on Nov. 5, which featured Jared Scoggins topping Chachi Tabor in the main event. The event also featured WWE Tough Enough veteran Tanner Saraceno picking up a win, as well as top prospect Dylan Cala.
