Pinnacle FC 15 takes place in Pittsburgh this weekend, and the lineup for the card is set. The fight card features nine bouts, including five in the pro ranks. The promotion recently announced the lineup via StandThemUp.org.

In the main event, Dominic Mazzotta (11-1) will defend his featherweight title against Solon Staley (11-4).

Mazzotta comes in riding an eight-fight winning streak and is 5-0 under the Pinnacle FC banner. In his last outing, he submitted Bellator MMA veteran Keith Richardson via guillotine in the second round.

Staley has won three of four, but the South Carolina native came up short against Nathan Landwehr in his last outing in November.

In the co-feature, Mark Cherico (10-1) is set to face Antonio Castillo Jr. (9-6).

Cherico returned from a short-lived retirement in September to top D’Juan Owens via decision at Pinnacle FC 14. Seven of his ten wins have come via stoppage, including five submissions.

Castillo has lost two in a row but he was on a five-fight winning streak prior that that. In his last outing, he was submitted by Julian Lane at IT Fight Series 43 in April.

A late addition to the card will feature unbeaten lightweights Nick Browne (7-0) and John Gunther (4-0).

Browne is the Pinnacle FC lightweight champion and hasn’t lost since his amateur days in 2012. His last outing was a knee bar submission over Troy Lamson at a King of the Cage event in September.

Gunther is also unbeaten as a pro and hasn’t lost since his amateur days in 2013. In his last outing, he submitted Luke Ransbottom in the first round at RFO: Big Guns 18 in March.

At middleweight, Frankie Festa (1-0) looks to advance his unbeaten record against John Antanitis (0-0).

Festa made his pro debut in June after posting a 6-1 record as an amateur. He topped Tony Dipiero via decision in his first pro fight.

Antanitis makes his pro debut after a 14-fight amateur career where he went 10-4. He returned from a layoff of two and a half years in July, but he came up short against Myles Robinson in his final amateur bout.

The pro card is rounded out by a welterweight fight between debuting fighters James Pfeiffer (0-0) and Jose Martinez (0-0).

Pfeiffer was 10-1 as an amateur and he closed out his amateur career in January with a decision win over Sean Felton at Caged Madness 40.

Martinez was 8-5 as an amateur and he closed out his amateur career with two straight wins, including a victory over Felton at RFO: Big Guns 19 in June.

The amateur card is headlined by 18-year-old Mike Walters (6-4) taking on Sean Felton (5-5).

Walters started his career off with four straight first round finishes, but he’s just 2-4 since including two straight losses. In his last outing, he was knocked out in just 19 seconds at Dead Serious 21.

Felton has also lost two in a row and is just 1-3 in his last four. The New York native looks to move his record over .500 with a win over Walters.
