A pair of veteran fighters picked up impressive wins last night, as both Tony Parker (12-12) and Muhammad Abdullah (6-2) were victorious in professional bouts at Absolute Action MMA 45.

The event took place at the BB&T Arena on the campus of Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky.

Parker topped Ricco Ralston (2-3) via unanimous decision in the main event. He has now won three of four bouts with his only loss in that period coming against UFC veteran Drew McFedries.

In the only other pro bout on the eight-fight card, Abdullah stopped late replacement Joshua Thorpe (14-17) with strikes in the second round. It was a bounce back win for the Vision MMA Dayton product, who dropped a bout to Nick Kraus in November.
