Hanna and Wilkins edged out a great battle between Khama Worthy and Antonio Castillo Jr. from Pinnacle FC 12.

The lightweight title was on the line when the two fighters met in Cheswick, Pennsylvania, and the pro-Wilkins crowd was raucous early as the Pittsburgh native appeared to have a rear naked choke locked in just seconds into the fight.

Hanna was able to survive the choke, eventually making it back to his feet before finishing the first round with some ground and pound.

The second round was clearly Hanna’s, but Wilkins came storming back in the third, nearly locking in another deep rear naked choke attempt that Hanna was forced to fight out of.

Hanna was awarded scores of 29-28 from all three judges, and the GOTC lightweight title.
